Breathing is a continuous cycle of air, moving in and out of our lungs. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to live!
All of life rises and falls, so let’s take some mindful breaths in order to tune into our bodies and the present moment. As the tuī soars, breathe in; as the dusky dolphin dives, breathe out.
