Rosy Harper-Duff
Mindfulness Facilitator

Rosy came into mindfulness through her own experience with depression and anxiety. The impact that mindfulness had on her mental health was incredible and completely changed the way she looked at life. She trained extensively  in 2017 and has been running mindfulness workshops and meditation classes with corporates, children, and the public ever since. Rosy’s goal and mission is to share the power of mindfulness and arm all Kiwi’s, especially children, with the tools and knowledge to create better mental wellbeing.

Rosy has a love for all sports, such as tennis, netball and snowboarding. She loves the outdoors, cold ocean swims and getting out in nature. Her “Happy Place” is spending time with her family, especially her two nieces.
